If you do not have a Discord account (or you are not a member of our server) the NMGS host coordinator may have to message you via the phone number provided for questions regarding your registration. If you do not have a discord ID, we highly suggest doing so. Once you have it, join us via the link on the bottom of our web site. It is a great place to talk between sessions and to connect to both players and other event hosts.

FYI: HIPAA covers medical personnel releasing medical information without the patient's consent. Individuals and Businesses can require proof of vaccination and individuals can choose not to participate if they do not want to give this information. What you are comfortable doing is up to you. If a game is open for players to signup, the registration method needs to be coordinated through only ONE channel to avoid any potential conflicts. This can be through our registration using acuity, another registration service (Roll20, Warhorn, Meetup, etc.) or with the individual event host directly. If it is a closed group game that sometimes has an opening for a player, that should be coordinated directly with the event host and can utilize the LFG Chanel when a seat becomes available.

While we want as many games on our calendar as possible, we understand that you may choose to not use us for the signup functionality. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to add your recurring event to our calendar in order to showcase the games being run in our community.

Coordinating player signups

New Mexico Gamers Society’s website utilizes a premium registration system through Acuity.com that event hosts are welcome to make use of, provided it is the only avenue for signups. If not using our registration system the event will still be listed through Acuity.com but will have no open seats available. In that case please MAKE SURE that you list how to register for the event in your blurb as well as choosing "Other" above. This might be your email address, our LFG channel in the NMGS discord or even a link to your own discord server (make sure any discord links are set to not expire and have unlimited uses).
